The protein is a unique blue green algae that could very well be the most bio-active form of protein on the planet! Additionally, Spirulina contains a gold mine of nutrients that play a role in the synthesis of testosterone, including; essential fatty acids,17 amino acids, magnesium, B vitamins, calcium, vitamin A, Vitamin E, selenium, zinc and boron. Another way Spirulina can potentially increase testosterone levels is by reducing the aromatase enzyme in the body, which converts your valuable testosterone into estrogen. Furthermore, spirulina is an efficient natural remedy for removing toxins and heavy metals such as mercury from the body. You may not be aware of this but mercury lowers testosterone levels"- Chad Shaw, the natural one

Branched Chain Amino Acids: BCAAs (BRANCHED-CHAIN AMINO ACIDS) are essential nutrients that the body obtains from proteins found in food, especially meat, dairy products, and legumes. They include Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. “Branched-chain” refers to the chemical structure of these amino acids. Athletes use BCAAs to improve exercise performance and reduce protein and muscle breakdown during intense exercise.

As of now and my new workout program (workout 2 days a week). I find I need to eat much less than I used too. Nutrition plays a bigger role than what is said by the mainstream media. I learned that starches need to be left to a minimum coming dinner time (after 4pm). As of now I eat 2-3 whole eggs or oatmeal with my health mix for breakfast. Lunch I have 2-3 meals, and as dinner comes I just take it easy with very little to no meat.

Call me lazy but I like to eat a grapefruit with lunch to help curb my hunger, lower bad cholesterol, boost metabolism. I end my great day with a sweet potato in the microwave for 5 minutes (even though it kills good enzymes). Starches (refined grains, fried foods) before bed are evil.

I try to stay close as possible to a Meditaranian diet as possible. Eat light red meats or as little as possible while replacing it with Fish. Use Olive oil or Coconut oil instead of butter.Whole fruits, vegitables, low fat tree nuts (sunflower, almonds, walnuts, chia, hemp if possible) > great anti-inflamation foods that should be in your diet.

I myself eat lots and lots of yogurt and cottage cheese with my mix and mixed nuts (especially almonds) during the afternoon.

To me, Rice and noodles (brown or white) is made to act as a filler and thats about it. They have a few nutritional benefits, but I only enjoy brown, white when I must.

I drink around 20-30oz. water, then a light sprinkle of flax seeds with breakfast to get my digestive track going and its great for the brain.I even consume little dark chocolate every-so-often.

You will not loose a pound unless you change your lifestyle! What you eat, when you eat, even who you eat with.  If the food(s) are packaged no matter how healthy it sounds, it is not!

Start small, stay calm! It is a life style change! Also these are things have and do work for me personally.

There is no doubt about it. When you injest too much of a good thing, its toxic!
